1 Introductions, apologies and substitutions – Public Accounts and Public Administration Committee
1.1 The Chair welcomed the Members to the meeting.
1.2 Apologies were received from Rhianon Passmore MS. Jack Sargeant MS substituted for Item 4.
2 Scrutiny of public administration: Analysis of consultation responses
2.1 The Committee considered and noted the analysis of consultation responses.
3 Scrutiny of public administration: Ways of working and sharing good practice
3.1 The Members discussed the Scrutiny of Public Administration part of the Committee’s remit with representatives from the Scottish Parliament’s Finance and Public Administration Committee.
4 Late payment (commercial transactions) Common Framework - Common Framework for Public Procurement
4.1 Cefin Campbell MS excused himself from this item due to his role as one of Plaid Cymru’s designated Members as part of the Cooperation Agreement.
4.2 The Committee discussed the Common Frameworks and agreed to write to the Welsh Government on a number of issues.
